Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility to Purchase: There are no age restrictions; anyone can purchase from Big Mistake.
  2. Order Cancellation: Customers can cancel their orders within 4 hours of placing them. Since processing begins in 5 hours, cancellation requests after this timeframe will not be accepted.
  3. Pricing & Payment: We accept only prepaid orders; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
  4. Intellectual Property: All designs, logos, and content are the exclusive property of Big Mistake. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of our products, designs, or branding is strictly prohibited.
  5. Liability Disclaimer: While we take responsibility for our services, we are only partially responsible for third-party issues such as courier delays or payment gateway failures. However, we will assist in resolving any concerns as best as possible.
  6. Governing Law: Any disputes arising out of purchases from Big Mistake shall be governed by the laws of India.

Return & Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility: Returns are only applicable if the product is damaged or if the wrong item is delivered. If a customer selects the wrong size, color, or product, we are not responsible.
  2. Return Window: Customers must initiate a return within 7 days of delivery in case of damage or wrong item received.
  3. Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging to be eligible for return.
  4. Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer once the returned product is received and verified.
  5. Exchange Policy: If an incorrect order is placed by the customer (wrong size, color, etc.), an exchange can be arranged at an additional cost, covering return shipping charges and reshipping fees.
  6. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
    • Worn or used clothing
    • Damaged products (unless damage was caused during shipping)
    • Sale or promotional items
  7. Return Shipping Costs: If the mistake is on our end (damaged or wrong item sent), we will cover the return shipping cost. If the mistake is on the customer’s end (wrong order placed), the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
